Who is Management Partnership Services?
MPS employs consulting professionals in offices around the nation that posses
highly relevant industry experience and analytical skills that synthesize operational
data to develop unique and highly informative analysis. Our staff has experience
as transportation directors, facility managers, logistics professionals, transportation
contractors, program auditors, and fleet managers. Key members of our staff are:
MPS is an active and contributing member of the professional community; providing
educational seminars and articles for a number of the industry's professional organizations
and journals. We are also members of most of the professional school business, student
transportation, and fleet management associations, including the National Association
for Pupil Transportation (NAPT), International Association of School Business Officials
(ASBO), the American Public Works Association (APWA) and National Association of
Fleet Administrators (NAFA), as well as numerous state affiliates of these organizations.
MPS has successfully concluded over 150 projects for more than 100 clients in 23 different states during the past six years. The organizations with which
the MPS team has worked consist of school districts large and small, with school bus fleets ranging
in size from as few 15 buses transporting 1,000 students, to those with over 1,300 buses moving 100,000 students to over 250 schools and programs each day. They include rural, suburban, and urban school districts who have had contracted, district-owned, and combination transportation operations. MPS has also worked with state student transportation agencies, regional cooperative transportation organizations, private investment firms, private sector transportation providers, and student transportation professional associations.
Our fleet consulting experience includes government and utility fleet management
clients that operate extremely diverse fleets comprised of every type of light and
heavy duty vehicle and small equipment, including larger state and county fleets
consisting of as many as 2,500 individual units.
